Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. This applies to cryptocurrencies and NFTs, where risks are inherent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Iroquois Falls courts.
